WHO ARE WE?

Since 1982 we produce, commercialize and distribute ingredients for the food industry, though our main focus is in the baking field. Our main market is within the large and medium industry, Chemical Product distributors and Raw Material distributors for baking and tortilla manufacturing.

We have our production plant in Queretaro, México, and sales offices in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey, from which we have an important coverage of the Mexican territory, both with our own sales people and through distributors.

Among our main products (liga a pag 3), most of them produced by ourselves, we have: Preservatives of different types and for different uses, Emulsifiers, Improvers, Deppaning compounds, Baking powders, Pre-mixes, Yeast foods and several other products. In some product lines, we represent companies with the most advanced technology and renowned quality and reputation, such as:

	AB enzymes German company, producer of Enzymes for the Baking and Beverage Industries.
	Solae American company, leader in specialized soy lecithin production for the food industry and a great number of uses.
