Application
Add in the mixer with the water used to prepare the masa. It is used added to the corn flour or to the nixtamalized corn, in the mill, together with the water from the milling process, when the nixtamalized corn is milled to prepare the masa, or added to the fresh masa at the mixing time.
Dosage
10 g/ Kg Corn Flour
6 g/ Kg Nixtamal
4.8 g/Kg Corn Masa
The optimum dosage of Supreme should be determined for each Tortilla quality and shelf life requerided
Storage
Stored in a dry place at room temperature. Long term storage of the product may promote separation of crystals, if this occurs stir the product thoroughly, before use it, the crystals will be suspended again by agitation.
