Description

It is a mixture of equal parts of glucose and fructose. Syrup obtained by acid hydrolysis of a solution of cane sugar. It can be used in cakes, sweet goods, confectionery, jellies, marshmallows, drinks, syrups, jams, preserves, dressings, soups, sauces and ice cream.

According to the products in which it will be used, since in some of them it can replace up to 100% of the sugar of the formula.

Storage
At room temperature. Crystallization can be present with temperatures below 18 °C, which disappears by heating the product.
