Application
- It dissolves in water with the following recommendations:
a)
The solution should be in water at room temperature, preferably dissolves at 26 °C. It is better not to use a temperature higher than 30 °C.
b)
Keep the water in constant agitation and incorporate Dorapan slowly in order to improve the solubility and prevent lumps.
c)
Before using the solution, it is important to check the complete dilsolution. The solubilization is usually obtained after 10 min with constant agitation.

The application is made to the product before baking.
Dosage
One part of Dorapan in six parts of water.
The ratio Dorapan/water can be changed depending on desired color and brightness of the finished product.
Storage
Stored in a dry place at room temperature.
