Description
It is one of the most effective inhibitors for food and beverage products, whose pH is less than 4.5, naturally or by the modification achieved through the use of an acidulant.
It’s action range makes it ideal to inhibit the development of yeast and bacteria in products such as juices, soft drinks, cider, nectars, syrups, yogurt, margarine, dressings and sauces, purees, jellies, jams, preserves, fillings, condiments and pickles.

Application
Add it together with the other ingredients at the beginning of the process. It is recommended that it is dissolved previously in water, for better integration. Its effectiveness increases when the pH decreases.
Dosage
Maximum level allowed in food is 0.1%
Storage
Store in a dry place at room temperature.
Stow: 4 bags per bed, 6 beds per stage and no more than 3 stages per platform for stowage.
